At FaceMe Love, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.

Ship It Back

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion pieces, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
